My Top 5 Health Podcasts

Hey there! It’s been a little while since the New Year buzz—so, how are those goals coming along? Crushing it? Struggling a bit? Or have they completely fallen off the radar? (No judgment, we’ve all been there!)

The beauty of setting goals is that you can do it anytime, but there’s something about a fresh year that feels like the perfect reset. A chance to reflect, refocus, and step into the version of yourself you really want to be.

But let’s be real—sticking to resolutions is hard. Life gets busy, motivation dips, and suddenly, that “new year, new me” energy starts fading. So, if you’re feeling a little stuck, here are some simple ways to get back on track:

Make It Achievable – If your goal feels overwhelming, break it down. Small, realistic steps lead to long-term success. Progress > perfection!

📝 Create a Plan That Fits YOU – Routines are great, but they should be flexible! If something’s not working, tweak it—your plan should support your lifestyle, not stress you out.

👯‍♀️ Find Your Hype Crew – Whether it’s friends, family, or an online community, having support makes all the difference. Surround yourself with people who lift you up!

🎧 Stay Inspired – Learning more about your goals can keep you motivated. And since I’m all about sharing the good stuff, I’ve rounded up some of my fave podcasts to help you stay on track—especially if your goals are health-related!

My top 5 fave poddy’s for health, lifestyle, food, and so much more!

One of my longest and all-time favourites with NHS doctor, Dr Rupy Aujla! He explores a variety of topics regarding diseases and health conditions, best practices for well-being, and deep dives into nutritional medicine, alongside special guests who are leading experts in the topic’s field. In his episodes, he also showcases how to cook food to improve your health, exploring the medicinal effects of eating and living well.

Dr Hazel Wallace works in the NHS and shares a range of topics to help support you to live better. Frustrated by the lack of education on how food and lifestyle impact your health, The Food Medic shares a female lens to empower listeners to maximise their health in a positive way.

Dr Rangan Chatterjee began this podcast after becoming frustrated at watching his patients suffer after being treated purely based on symptoms, and realising that the training provided for doctors isn’t equipped to deal with chronic lifestyle-based diseases and conditions. Similar to the above two, Dr Chatterjee explores a variety of topics to help empower listeners in making empowered decisions on their lifestyle and nutrition choices.

Brought to you by Simon Hill, a physiotherapist and nutritional scientist who ciphers through the misleading information shared online to deliver accurate and simple nutritional information. His podcast explores various topics with experts to help you live a healthier and longer life.

Neuroscientist and professor at the Stanford School of Medicine, Andrew Huberman focuses on the nervous system and how it connects to the rest of the body and organ systems to impact our emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. This one brings longer-form podcasts to you with some full-on information, but he’s a really great expert to turn to when you want that deep-dive.

My bonus recommendations!

Let’s be honest, financial stress is a huge issue for a lot of people right now, so we need to consider financial well-being as part of your story when looking at your health from a holistic, naturopathic perspective.

If looking after your finances, improving your financial health and stability, and just increasing your financial literacy are on the goal list for this year, here are my favourite finance podcasts that make learning about money interesting and easy:

Designed to share expert tips to support you on your path to financial freedom, specially tailored for young women who may struggle with the standard (and boring!) languaging used when discussing numbers and money. Ideal if money and numbers tend to go in one ear, and out the other, as Victoria Devine and her team share real-life examples and experiences to help deliver usually complicated and, let’s be honest, bland information in an exciting and understandable way.

Brought to you by Glen James as he goes about answering all your questions on investing, money, property, and careers so you can make the best-informed decisions for your situation!

And there we have it!

Don’t forget to celebrate your progress along the way. Every small step you take towards your goal is an achievement that deserves recognition! Remember, it's okay to stumble and fall along the way. What's important is to get back up and keep moving forward. You got this! ❤️
