Our Story

What started as a naturopathic practice to help women understand and support their health naturally evolved into a broader vision: helping people reconnect with themselves through plants, ritual, and seasonal living.

Hi, I’m Madeleine.

I’m so excited to meet you.

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to the connection between people and nature, and, somewhat by fluke, that curiosity eventually led me to naturopathy.

On my drive home from work each day, I would pass a building with a sign that always caught my attention. One day, I finally Googled it. It was Endeavour College of Natural Health. I started exploring the courses, discovered naturopathy — something I'd never heard of before — and went along to an open day.

Hearing the lecturers speak about herbal medicine, traditional knowledge, and supporting the body's innate capacity to heal, something just clicked, and I knew I'd found what I was looking for.

When I first founded Sirona Wellness, my focus was on one-to-one consultations, helping women navigate concerns such as hormonal health, digestive wellbeing, stress, and fatigue.

I loved the opportunity to support people through these experiences, but over time I began to notice the same pattern emerging…the women I worked with weren’t just looking for answers to their symptoms; they were looking for a space to slow down, to reconnect with themselves, and to step away from the constant pressure to always be doing and achieving more.

Most already knew what they “needed” to do, but they struggled with permission to rest, to trust themselves, and to create moments of care that felt nourishing rather than overwhelming.

So, again and again, I found myself returning to the same belief:

Wellness isn't something we achieve once we've finally fixed everything that's wrong.

It's something we cultivate — through the way we nourish ourselves, the way we move through the seasons, the moments we allow ourselves to pause, and the relationship we build with our own bodies.

This belief changed everything for me and how I wanted to serve my community, and it’s the heart of Sirona's next chapter.

Today, Sirona Wellness is evolving into a modern herbal apothecary and seasonal living brand that helps create moments of stillness in the day-to-day through familiar, intentional, and ritualised practices.

Sirona, a Celtic Goddess of Healing and Stars

Sirona Wellness takes its name from an ancient Celtic healing goddess associated with springs, renewal, and wellbeing.

When I first discovered her story, I was drawn not only to the connection with healing, but to what she represented.

Gentleness. Wisdom. Restoration.

She became a reminder that healing often begins when we create space to listen.

Over the years, the meaning of Sirona has continued to evolve for me, and today the name represents something larger than health alone.

It reflects a commitment to living intentionally, honouring the wisdom of nature, and creating rituals that help us return to ourselves.

It’s something that I’m super proud of.

Welcome!

Whether you've arrived here searching for herbal wisdom, seasonal inspiration, or simply a gentler way of caring for yourself, I hope Sirona Wellness feels like a place you can return to.

Put the kettle on, stay awhile, and make yourself at home.
